2 Wentworth Close is a luxury newly renovated family home on the secure and serene Greenways Golf Estate next to the False Bay beach with magnificent sea and mountain views that offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people. 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. Living, Dining, Family Room, fully equiped Kitchen and enclosed BBQ. The home is equiped with solar and backup power. It is located in close proximity to shops, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, world class medical facilities / dentists and centrally located for access to the Cape Town International Airport, Cape Town Water Front and the famous Cape Winelands and Cape Peninsula. With climate control in all bedrooms and an AC/wood stove in the living area the house is comfortable in all four of Cape Town's seasons.
